* Payment must be made within the given payment period.
* Unpaid orders after the deadline may be given to the next buyer.
4. No Return / No Exchange
* All items are PRELOVED/UKAY.
* Minor signs of usage, tiny stains, loose threads, or small imperfections may be present.
* Please check the posted photos, measurements, and description carefully before claiming.
5. Actual Color
* Colors may slightly vary depending on lighting, camera, and your screen.
6. Measurements
* Measurements are taken manually, so a 1–2 cm difference may occur.
* Please compare measurements with your own clothes before ordering.
7. Item Condition
* We do our best to inspect every item and disclose noticeable flaws.
8. Reservation
* Reserved items must be paid within the agreed time.
* Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the reservation.
9. Shipping / Delivery
* Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
* Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, delays are beyond the seller’s control.
10. Proof of Payment
* Please send a clear screenshot or proof of payment after completing your transaction.
