Sourdough Croissants 🥐☕️
if i think of happiness, coffee n’ croissants always make it to the picture.. haha!
re ~ created a classic viennoiserie with personal touches of fresh coconut milk, muscovado and fermented sourdough levain;
now breakfast can be pleasurable, as if in a french café and good for the gut. 🤍👩🏽🍳
none of those commercial baker’s yeast, white sugar and milk with additives that ain’t so good for you.
these changes create a distinct depth of flavor too ~ its delicious.
