Sababi Boracay Seafood Paluto is more than just a restaurant, it is a story of courage, faith, and resilience.

Owned by the late Josephine Concepcion, Sababi became a beloved name in Boracay for its fresh seafood and heartfelt service. But in 2017, tragedy struck when the original stall at D’Talipapa was destroyed by a fire. In a single moment, everything we had worked for was gone. It was one of those devastating experiences where you do not even know where to begin again.

Instead of giving up, our family chose to move forward. With limited resources but strong determination, we transformed the first floor of our home into a small restaurant just so we could continue operating. It was not easy. Every day was a challenge. But through the unwavering support of both local and international customers (many of whom kept asking for Sababi), the business slowly began to rise again.

Years passed, and Sababi continued to grow, fueled by loyalty, hard work, and faith. Now, we are excited to share that the restaurant is finally returning to its original home in the newly rebuilt D’Talipapa. This moment is not just a comeback; it is a celebration of survival, strength, and hope.

This journey is lovingly dedicated to the late Josephine Concepcion. By God’s grace, Sababi is still here, stronger than ever, serving not only food, but a story that inspires everyone who walks through its doors.
