NYKōS Kitchen+Bar is a restaurant concept under the culinary direction of Chef Stries Casallo exploring Mediterranean, Filipino, and American flavors and dishes. Bringing the imported flavors of Mediterranean herbs and spices, and the inspirations of Greek-American style dishes, with a bit of Filipino fusion, NYKōS hopes to bridge these varying styles to create a unique menu selection.

We had an awesome visit from Chef Luigi Muhlach and the wonderful and fun Muhlach Bunch. They got a chance to go around Bolinao, jump the falls, relax at Patar, and of course dine at NYKOS!
