Receiving less-than-perfect reviews isn’t new to us, we’ve had them on Facebook, Google, and other platforms too. And honestly, we understand that not every experience will be perfect. Constructive feedback helps us listen, improve, and do better. 💛
But if there’s something you didn’t like about your drink or order, please let us know. Talk to our baristas or message us, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We’d much rather hear from you and have the chance to fix the experience than leave you disappointed. ☕🫶
