Kohi Taiyo Café Jacobo Z. The coffee shop will serve also as Supervise Industry Learning as part of the curriculum.

Gonzales Memorial School of Arts and Trades opened its own Income Generating Project Coffee Shop run by solar power to make this Coffee shop use abundant renewable energy from the sun. As the project goes on, it will cater to guests, inside and outside the school. Learners will also have a chance to learn and show their skills and earn a salary as part of the IGP project of the Institution.
