Happy 1st Anniversary, Aura!
One year ago, Aura began with nothing more than a dream, a vision, and the courage to take a risk. What started as an idea slowly became a place filled with stories, laughter, celebrations, friendships, and memories shared around the table. Today, as we celebrate our first anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude.
First, to our incredible staff, Thank you.
Thank you for the long hours, the exhausting shifts, the patience during difficult days, and the smiles you continued to give even when you were tired. Thank you for growing with us, believing in Aura, and putting heart into every plate served and every guest welcomed. Behind every busy night and every served table is a team that stayed committed through uncertainty and growth. Aura is what it is today because of your hard work, loyalty, and passion. This milestone belongs to you as much as it belongs to anyone else.
To Mr. Inniss, thank you for believing in us long before the results, the milestones, and the celebrations. Before the lights were turned on, before the tables were filled, before Aura became a place people now call home, there was your trust. You believed in this dream before it had shape, before it had certainty, and before it had proof. Because of that belief, Aura was given the chance to become real, to grow, and to become the story it is today. Some people become part of a journey, but some people become part of its foundation and you will always be one of them.
To our Head Chef, whose heart and creativity built the identity of Aura through every dish we serve. Thank you for turning ideas into flavors, and passion into plates that people come back for.
And to our Manager, Thank you for standing through every challenge, every busy night, every pressure-filled moment, and for helping hold everything together from day one. Your commitment and resilience helped shape Aura into what it is today.
To our family and friends, Thank you for being our foundation, for the encouragement during difficult days, for the reminders to keep going when things felt heavy, and for standing by us from the very beginning. Your love and support carried us through every season of this journey.
And to everyone who dined with us, supported us, shared our posts, celebrated milestones with us, and chose Aura to be part of your moments, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. This past year was not always easy.
