In addition to our customer service training, today our team successfully completed a Basic Life Support training facilitated by the Baybay City Emergency Response Unit.

While we always hope that emergencies never happen within our café, we believe that being prepared is just as important as providing excellent service. This training equips our staff with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in critical situations and potentially save lives.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about serving great coffee it’s about creating a safe and caring environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We remain committed to continuous learning and improvement, both in service and in safety.
