HEALTHY OR HELLTHY?
Admit it or not, most of us need coffee to start, continue and end our day. The caffeine kick it gives, serves as our daily energy drink, and through good times and bad times, it has been our survival juice.
However, despite the energy it provides to us the entire day, whenβs the time to spare the caffeine a little rest?
You might be a certified coffee addict but thereβs no need to panic. So kalma muna!

Let us do our rounds of learning from the lecture to be led by Ms. Josefina T. Recharging is okay but let us not allow our cup of energy drink turn into our daily dose of bitterness.
