BATANGAS CITY โ The Association of DOST-SEI Scholars (ADSS) โ BatStateU Alangilan Chapter, in partnership with Libro Espresso (Menia & Berania Co.), awarded financial scholarship to three students under AURA: Brewing Support into Student Dreams program on April 8, 2026.
AURA is a flagship initiative under Project KALINGA 5.0: Igniting Sparks, Forming Constellations, which focuses on extending academic and financial support to deserving scholars facing challenging circumstances. The program aims to assist students who are working, orphaned, or raised by lone parents.
Following a rigorous selection process, Kimberly R. Palma, Anne Minette D. Mia, and Vince Dave C. Mineja were named as this yearโs AURA grant recipients. Each scholar will receive โฑ5,000 per academic year until they graduate, providing sustained financial support throughout their academic journey.
During the turnover ceremony, Libro Espresso representative Gemma A. Berania was present alongside ADSS President Micoh James W. Dayo, Project KALINGA Head Samantha Athea Ceniza, and Co-Head Janrick Kayne Caringal. The initiative was highlighted as part of Libro Espressoโs effort to give back to the community by supporting students in need.
Through this partnership, ADSS and Libro Espresso continue to strengthen their commitment to nurturing resilient student-scholars and enabling them to pursue their academic goals despite financial and personal challenges.
