Ingredients:

Chicken breast/boneless thigh

Ginger 1tbsp minced
White/red onion 1/4cup
Green chili/siling haba 1pc
Bird's eye chili/silinglabuyo 1pc
Red bell pepper 1pc diced
Mayo 1/4cup
Oyster 1/4cup
Water 1/2cup
Black pepper 1tsp
Sugar 1tbsp
