Over the past year, we’ve been quietly improving our space especially to make it more weather-friendly, so guests can stay comfortably even on rainy nights or longer evenings.

🎄 A brighter al fresco area with Christmas lights for those who prefer more light

We’ve been quietly growing. ☕🌿

As the owner of Tahan, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come especially our baristas. Beyond the consistency of our coffee and the uniqueness of our signature drinks, I’ve seen them step out of their comfort zones to make our guests feel na-tahan na, welcomed, at ease, and cared for. In that same process, they also learned how to tahan me, growing into people who are more reliable, steady, and confident in handling responsibility and pressure. Together, we learned how to hold space not just for our guests, but for one another.

It makes me happy when guests don’t just say we have good coffee, but when they stay and even more when they leave looking a little more relaxed, lighter, and having truly enjoyed their time here. When they slow down, chat with friends, focus on work, reunite with loved ones, or simply sit quietly for a while.
