Qualification

♦ Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent
♦ With Strong Leadership Skills.
♦ At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
♦ With vast experience in F&B
Can do multi-task
♦ Willing to be assigned at Baras, Rizal (Stay-In)

Job Description

♦ Managing all aspects of a resort, including lodging, food and beverage management, human resources, housekeeping, attractions, and guest services.
♦ Supervise front desk operations such as check-in and check-out, room availability.
♦ Maintain the resorts inventory and order new item as needed.
♦ Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
♦ Handling customer complaints and queries.
♦ Oversee employees during daily sales, operations, and maintenance of the resort.
♦ Interact with resort guest to ensure they receive a quality experience
inspect guest's rooms and all other resort area for cleanliness and to ensure that the resort protocols are being followed.
♦ Perform other related duties and activities as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

♦ Graduate in BS Marketing or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
♦ At least with two (2) year experience in Marketing and/or Hotel Management.
♦ At least 1-2 years progressive work experience in hotel/ events sales/food & beverage/front office or any industry related to customer service
♦ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
♦ Excellent sales presentation and negotiation skills
♦ Proficient in basic computer programs needed in hotel operations, i.e. MS Applications and hotel sales systems such as Opera and a Sales and Catering System (Delphi or Opera)
♦ Adaptable and flexible to different situations with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

♦ Responsible for the selling activities of resort facilities, working closely with the Hotel Services, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales/events revenue and ensure profitability through the activities of the department.
♦ Ensures professional sales calls, an average of 6-8 quality calls a day based on defined call objectives
♦ Maintains detailed knowledge of resort facilities, products, and services
♦ To conduct extensive competitor researches and constantly monitor competitor hotels’ sales initiatives and recommend initiatives to Senior Managers / DOSM
♦ To implement an effective target selection process and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase the hotel’s market share
♦ Business Development - Identify new business opportunities through telemarketing activities, market research, and implementing sales
♦ To entertain target and potential clients based on business priorities.
♦ To ensure a high level of exposure for the resort through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact, and written communication.
♦ To make sure all sales proposals, presentation materials, and other sales communications are in line and updated in terms of information.
♦ Implement agreed sales action plans as outlined in the Personal Business Plan
♦ Achieves the monthly and annual personal sales target
