No orange sky tonight — just clouds doing their own thing. But my son didn't care. He just ran.
This is right in front of The Hungry Beach Co., where I sat and watched him go in circles while everyone else lined up to watch whatever sunset the clouds would let through. Some evenings the sky doesn't show up. The moment still does.

I wasn't even planning to take a photo today. My wife had our son sitting in the sand, some borrowed pail and shovel from the vendor nearby, and the sky just did that thing it does around 5:30pm here.
This is literally in front of The Hungry Beach Co. — where Unwind is. Some days I forget how lucky that is. My family is a two-minute walk from the lounge, and moments like this happen while I'm still figuring out delivery zones and menu prices in my head.
Bantayan has a way of reminding you why you're doing all this in the first place. 🌊

Chicken fingers, but we swapped the regular fries for camote (sweet potato) strips — a little sweeter, a little more local, and yes, healthier than the regular kind. 🍠 Comes with our house dip: ketchup, mayo, and a secret third ingredient we're not telling yet.
