Kanina, may narinig ako sa trabaho…

“Guys, please work together as a team.”

Simple lang pakinggan.

Pero alam mo yung totoong nangyayari?

May kanya-kanyang trip.

May tahimik lang sa gilid.

May pagod na, pero tuloy pa rin.

May medyo iritable na kasi gutom na.
(oo, baka ikaw na ‘to 😅)

Tapos ikaw…

Nasa gitna.

Trying to do your part
kahit hindi naman perfect yung flow ng lahat.

Pero somewhere in between ng kalat…

May biglang tatawa.

May magjo-joke kahit sablay.

May mag-aabot ng gamit
kahit hindi mo naman hiningi.

And dun mo marerealize—

Ah… ganito pala talaga ang “teamwork.”

Hindi siya yung laging smooth.

Hindi siya yung laging synchronized
na parang sayaw sa TikTok.

Minsan sabog.

Minsan sabay-sabay mali.

Minsan kanya-kanya muna…
bago magtagpo sa dulo.

Pero ang nagpapasaya?

Yung small moments.

Yung kulitan habang busy.

Yung “uy kaya mo yan”
kahit walang dramatic speech.

Yung simpleng presence
na hindi ka nag-iisa sa pagod.

Yung totoo?

Teamwork isn’t about being perfect together.

to still show up together.

Kahit hindi aligned.

Kahit hindi lahat okay.

Kahit may konting inis
(pero laban pa rin 😅)

Kasi at the end of the shift…

Hindi mo naman maalala
kung sino yung pinaka-magaling.

Ang naaalala mo—

Yung mga taong kasama mong tumawa
kahit pagod na pagod ka na.

Yung vibe.

Yung samahan.

Yung feeling na—

“Okay lang pala. Kaya pala ‘to.”

And maybe that’s the real win.

Hindi perfect ex*****on.

Kundi yung fact na
kahit chaotic…

Masaya pa rin kayo.
