At CHIE’s, we make every gyoza by hand with care. I tested our Japanese-style pan-fried gyoza many times to find just the right size for the pork filling here in the Philippines!

And it’s our Filipino staff who wrap each one so beautifully 😊

At CHIE’s Japanese Kitchen, we are committed to offering our guests an authentic taste of Japan.

We will be temporarily closed from September 23 to October 1, as Chie will be returning to Japan.

During this time, I will be purchasing authentic Japanese ingredients and taking care of my health. We will reopen in October, refreshed and ready to welcome you again!

Please look forward to special treats from Japan and our exciting new menu. 🇯🇵✨
