He is risen. Jesus is alive.
Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master.
He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher.
He had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer.
He had no army, yet kings feared Him.
He conquered sin, death, and the grave. He was betrayed, bruised, and broken so that we could be healed, forgiven, and made whole.
He was buried in a tomb, but three days later, He rose again.
He lives.
“He is not here, for He has risen, as He said.” Matthew 28:6
The tomb is empty, and our hope is alive.
Because He lives, there is hope for the weary. Because He lives, there is peace for the troubled heart. Because He lives, there is light after darkness.
Whatever you are carrying today, bring it to Jesus.
Your burden is not too heavy for Him. Your sorrow is not too deep for Him.
Jesus Christ is alive. And because He lives, there is hope for better days.
