Thelmas' Halo halo with a medley of toppings and ingredients..it is simple with only shaved ice from coconut water,carmelized sweet white beans, sweet macapuno,cream corn and pastillas made from carabaos milk...although it has few ingredients..it is much fun to eat...just as delicious as the everything on it halo halo that we're used to...it proves that less is more...taste it to believe it...
