1 Food Dispacher ( Preferably Female)
Key Responsibilities:
*Order Coordination: Receive, organize, and prioritize incoming dine-in, takeaway, and delivery order tickets during peak and off-peak hours.
*Quality & Accuracy Check: Double-check all food items against the ticket to ensure the order is complete, properly garnished, and meets the establishment's temperature and presentation standards.
*Packaging & Hand-off: Ensure that take-out or delivery orders are securely packed with the correct utensils and condiments, then dispatch them to waiting servers or delivery riders.
*Communication: Relay special dietary requests or order updates smoothly between the kitchen, cashiers, riders, and customers.
*Area Maintenance: Keep the dispatch and expediting area clean, organized, and compliant with health, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
*Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for issues concerning delivery items, order delays, or customer feedback.
