The food at Hill Station Bistro is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options.
Their Burnt Basque Cheesecake is to die for. It has a good balance of bitterness from the burnt exterior and sweetness from the creamy custardy interior & their Cheesecake flan is the ultimate dessert! Velvety smooth and creamy!
