For Frying Out Loud For Frying Out Loud. • We get our potatoes fresh from our local farmers. We are all for advocating local produce and businesses.

• Potatoes. They're everywhere.

It's for everyone. It's supposed to be cheap. I mean, come on..

• About 30% of potato nutrition is found in the skin. We're not being lazy, we're keeping them on for a reason.

• One medium potato contains 45 percent of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C. It also contains potassium, B6, fiber and numerous other vitamins and minerals. In fact, potatoes provide one of the most affordable and

concentrated sources of potassium – more than bananas, tomatoes, broccoli and oranges!

• "But you're frying them! Frying is bad!" Oh yeah? Well, good luck eating raw potatoes.. Don't worry, we're using unsaturated oils derived mostly from plants that lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol and raises HDL (good) cholesterol.
