We hope that this post reaches everyone in the general public. We would like to inform you regarding an update with our investigation regarding the recent unauthorized post from our official page.

We sincerely apologize to Mr. Matthew Go (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000596498489) and Mr. Clark Lozano (https://www.facebook.com/clarklozano17)for all the damage that has been caused, and we wish for their forgiveness regarding this matter.

Upon investigation of the issue, we would like to clarify to the general public that Mr. Matthew Go and Mr. Clark Lozano have not been customers of our establishment at the alleged time of the supposed incident at Recess Resto/Cafe, and no such incident has happened at the establishment.

We would like to clarify that no police report has been filed at Station 5 regarding any issue whatsoever involving the two. Our official page has been hacked at the time which allowed to post a malicious post.

We would like to remind everyone that our management does not condone any or such behavior, and we take these kinds of matters seriously.

We hope this reaches you before you make any critical decisions. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the most recent post that has appeared in our page.

We, the Recess Resto Cafe management, did not realize and was unaware of an unauthorized post made on our page.

Our management is now currently conducting an internal investigation regarding this incident.

The post is completely unsanctioned, unintended and, upon initial investigation, intentionally impersonating Recess Resto Cafe.

Rest assured that we are taking this matter seriously, and it will be dealt with utmost importance and confidentiality.

We know this is a difficult situation for those who were mentioned and we will be reaching out to immediately retract this situation and to personally offer our assistance and apologies. Our findings will be shared transparently to the persons involved.

Recess Resto Cafe's vision is for our establishment to be, and to always will be, a safe environment.This incident is not what we wish to ever happen in our establishment. We will be working swiftly and with proper authorities.

We urge the public to please stop sharing screenshots of the since deleted post while the investigation is ongoing to protect the identities of those involved.

We request you or anyone who may have valuable information about this situation to please contact us anytime through our page.
