The restaurant had an eighty-seat capacity and specialized in Filipino and Continental Cuisine and also become famous for its cakes and pastry such as the Carrot Cake and Apple Pie. Ebai’s began to cater to weddings, seminars and other special occasions with guests ranging from 40 - 400.
