Why Mis-ay's Coffee?
Mis-ay's arabica coffee is typically grown at higher altitudes compared to other coffee varieties. The optimal altitude range for Arabica coffee cultivation is generally between 2,000 to 6,000 feet (600 to 1,800 meters) above sea level. This altitude range provides the ideal conditions for Arabica coffee plants to thrive and develop their unique flavors.

The higher altitudes offer a cooler climate, abundant rainfall, and well-drained soil, which are favorable factors for the growth of Arabica coffee. The cooler temperatures slow down the maturation process of the coffee cherries, allowing the flavors to develop more fully. The higher altitude also contributes to the formation of dense beans, which are highly sought after for their quality.
