Alpha Lab is a training/fitness center that caters to the modern mixed martial arts athlete/fighter coming out of Baguio and the Cordilliera Region. Placed on the mountain side of Quezon Hill, away from the pollution of the city, we are the perfect place to experience HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINING that Baguio has to offer. We Offer:
- Muay Thai (Kick Boxing)
- No Gi Grappling (Wrestling & Judo)
- Mix
