There’s a reason why I saved this one for last✨

The final stop of my Hill Station journey takes me to Casa Vallejo — a little corner of Baguio that feels timeless, quiet, and beautifully nostalgic.

After visiting all three branches, each with its own charm, I think this was the perfect place to end the series. ✨

If you love good food, beautiful spaces, and a little glimpse of old Baguio, this one is worth adding to your list. 🤎

Hill Station will be temporarily closed from September 21 to October 8 as we prepare for the season ahead.

Our doors open again on October 9, ready for more meals, gatherings, and celebrations around the table. 🤎

Until then, visit our Hill Station Bistro branches at Camp John Hay and SM Baguio.

The Hill Station Bakehouse remains open from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily.
