There goes our honey -- honey-processed coffee! 🍯

It's a processing technique that utilizes minimal water, making it friendlier to the environment. The coffee is pulped then dried with its mucilage, taking its name from it and no actual honey is used. Generally, it is described with great sweetness and balanced acidity with fruity undertones. Who doesn't like that?

Thankfully, it dried well before the consecutive typhoons came. ⚡

Baguio is known as the City of Pines and the Summer Capital of the Philippines, but it will always be "home" to many of us wherever in the world we may be. The past two months have been full of uncertainties and transitions, but we are still here, pulling our best shot at home to serve you better when we re-open our shop in due time.
