Yes Pho is a testament to Vietnamese
ingenuity. This drink was born in 1946
during the First Indochina War when
fresh milk was in extremely short supply in
Hanoi. A bartender named Nguyen Van
Giang decided to whisk egg yolks with
sugar and coffee to create avelvety finish.
It is served strictly hot to maintain its
creamy, custard-like texture.🥚☕️
