Good day, Wing Lovers!

We have recently been made aware of the concerns shared online regarding an experience at our restaurant yesterday, May 10, 2026. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the individuals involved, as well as to those who reached out to our page via DM and to anyone else whose celebration was dampened by our service.

Gusto lang din po naming i-clarify that due to our page's automated response settings, some messages were marked as “read” before our management could personally attend to them. Please know that your concerns were never intentionally ignored; or that we treat any of your concerns lightly. Guests should never feel uncomfortable or disrespected inside our place, and we understand how upsetting it must have been, especially on Mother’s Day.

Rest assured po, management is looking into everything that happened and will be addressing the team’s behavior directly. Professionalism and respect are values we expect from our staff and if retraining, stricter policy reviews, or stronger measures are needed, we will make sure to do so.

We would also like to clarify that any cursing or fighting replies or comments that was posted online in seemingly defense of Wing Factory did not come from the management or anyone authorized to speak for the restaurant. That’s not how we handle things.

We’re grateful po to everyone who has supported us, and we will do better moving forward. Thank you for raising your concerns and for the constructive criticisms, we humbly accept them as lessons that will help us grow and improve in areas we’ve been lacking. This is a wake‑up call we’re taking seriously. Salamat po.
