Brew & Alchemy Coffeeworks is Baguio’s first Air Roastery and dedicated flavor lab, located on the 4th Floor of Porta Vaga Mall Annex on Session Road. We break the mold of the typical cafe by operating as a precision-focused micro-roastery and espresso bar. As a functional 'coffeeworks,' we engineer every cup—sourcing sustainable beans directly from local farmers, international processors, and traders, then calibrating them for maximum flavor. Visit our micro-space for pour-overs, plant-based drinks, and artisan sandos.

You can now find us at SM Coffee Fest from July 20–August 2, 10AM–8PM, Monday to Sunday.

Don’t worry though—our Porta Vaga café is still home and will remain open Monday–Saturday, 10:30AM–6:30PM for the full Brew & Alchemy experience.

Whether you’re visiting the café or dropping by the pop-up, we’d love to see you—and make you a better cup.☕️

Sweet, delicate, inviting.

Then the first sip of Sidama G1 lands — white peach 🍑, blueberries 🫐, passion fruit, and soft marigold florals 🌼, all layered in a syrupy, fruit-forward cup.

And just when you think you’ve figured it out, it cools down and shows you even more.
