Just roasted!

Why we roast way ahead before an event? Freshly roasted beans is not always ideal. For espresso based drinks, coffee beans needs time to rest:
• Resting allows coffee beans to degass or release CO2. Too fresh will affect the extraction of coffee.
• Resting beans for espresso allows sweeter and balanced flavor.
• Easier to calibrate.

At Avos, we rest at least 14 days before an event or scheduled taste test.
