GYPSY WAGON plans travel the culinary world and take customers to a culinary adventure with dishes served hot and fast. They do not settle in just one cuisine and their menu is ever changing. They started with the Fil-Mex menu in which the signature Quesataco was introduced to patrons. During the Panagbenga in February of 2022, they took their guests to Japan and served a Japanese inspired menu, serving our street style ramen. Currently, they are serving sandwiches from across the world, but highlighting locally sourced ingredients and making it artisanal.

Yesterday, we showcased two exceptional local pastry chefs from Baguio, The Baking Diva and 2601 Cakes by Saintus , at the Nature's Elegance in Focus Art Exhibit. Their delicious tea time creations perfectly complemented our GypsyBrews: Nomadic Cafe grazing table. ❤️❤️❤️

Special thanks to Abby Enriquez for trusting us with this project. Despite a mini heart attack from BINI and Blooms traffic, everything turned out wonderfully.

Our winning chili for this year’s Fil-Am Friendship day 2024.
Organically grown herbs from our garden, spices from asian countries, beef consommé boiled red kidney beans, smoked meat that is reminiscent of Italian guanciale, Bu-o or local truffles of benguet, pine wood smoke tomatoes served in an edible bread bowl, accompanied with a palate cleanser of charred capsicum sliced buo topped with melted mozzarella and fresh dill, paired with burnt cheese and garlic confit bread stick.
