When mornings tasted like this! 🌞

Somewhere between the morning breeze and our current devotion to matcha, Mountain Hush found its beginning.

Iced shaken matcha, delicate maple, and the rounded creaminess of Dehusk Barista Coconut Milk—a quiet nod to pancakes and maple at the breakfast table, reimagined through what we love drinking now.

Earthy, softly sweet, and beautifully mellow. A little taste of a morning worth remembering.

Little things, newly found. 🌿

There are four new pieces quietly finding their place around Kaili.

Made by my Tito, Aaron Vicencio, each print is a cyanotype — a little record of the materials and moments he’s explored since January: bougainvillea, black-and-white film negatives, a colocasia leaf, and feathers.

Different materials, different textures, somehow telling one story.

We wanted these to feel less like decorations and more like little things you might notice and wonder on while waiting for your drink — pieces that give the space another layer to discover.

Another small addition to Kaili. And perhaps, another reason to look a little closer.

And Then, the City Began to Glow. ✨

Burnham Lake had just opened again when we brought Kaili by for an evening stroll. As dusk descended, the water darkened, the city began to shimmer, and the cold settled in. For a moment, Baguio felt almost ethereal—familiar, yet somehow newly discovered.

Our first Christmas, slowly taking shape. ✨

Just the beginning for now — a few lights, a little warmth, and a space that’s about to feel a little different.

We’ll be adding more in the days and weeks ahead.

Something is coming to Kaili.

There’s a certain purple that only seems to appear in Baguio afternoons. ☁️

It lingers somewhere between the last bit of sunlight and the first chill of the Ber months—soft, hazy, almost lavender.

We wondered what that afternoon might taste like.

So we made Lila’t Ube—earthy ube, softly sweet milk, and a gentle layer of matcha bitterness, all coming together creamy, cool, and almost dessert-like without being too sweet.

A little purple sunset, poured over ice.

First, the sky turned purple. Then, somehow, it smelled like Christmas. 🎄

Two cups, two little memories — one from Baguio’s purple afternoon sunsets, the other from the warmth of Christmases we grew up with.

And we’re only getting started. 👀

A little taste of Christmas, the way I remember it. 🤍

Hugo’s Chocolate is rooted in a childhood ritual — warm cups of hot chocolate, the sweetness of toasted meringue, and that little instinct to sneak a taste before the first sip. Reworked with a richer chocolate blend and a little more indulgence, it’s a familiar Christmas ritual, made anew.

Perhaps this is where Ber’ Season begins. 🎄

What Chocolate Taught Coffee.

Kape at Tsokolate wasn’t a drink I expected to love. Somewhere between curiosity and comfort, it quietly found its place. Still learning. Still refining. ☕🍫
