We love coffee—but what if the best part isn’t always the bean? 🫘

Cascara is the dried pulp of the coffee cherry, often discarded after the bean is removed. Ours comes from Sitio Belis, Benguet, where these coffee cherries find a second life in the glass.

Brewed into a bright, gently tangy infusion with notes of dried fruit, honey, citrus, and a delicate tea-like finish, then crafted into our Cascara Sour.

A little unexpected. Entirely worth discovering.

The timber gives the room its warmth — you can see it in the grain, feel it in the textures, and even catch its quiet woody scent when you settle in. Then there are the little unexpected details scattered around, just to keep things interesting. Huddle was made to be experienced beyond the food and drinks.
