DM for orders 💌 For me, it was the time I finally found my noise, the rhythmic sound of a whisk against a bowl and the "ding" of a kitchen timer at 5:00 AM. At the time, I was working the graveyard shift. Coming home when the rest of the world was
just waking up felt isolating. I was tired, I was bored, and like many of us back then, I was looking for a little bit of light in a weird time. One morning, instead of heading straight to bed, I headed to our small kitchen. I started baking just to pass the time. It started with a simple batch of chocolate chip cookies and a few overripe bananas that I couldn't let go to waste. I wasn't a professional. I was just a person with a mixing bowl and a lot of "after-hours" energy. I started sending my creations to the people I missed the most, my family, my relatives, and my closest friends. I just wanted to share a little bit of comfort while we were all stuck apart. Then, the messages started pouring in:
"Did you really make these?", "This banana cake is the best". "When can I buy more?"
That’s when it clicked. What started as a way to kill boredom after a long shift became the highlight of my day. Seeing the joy a simple banana bread could bring to my loved ones during a global crisis changed everything for me. I decided to turn my "midnight hobby" into a mission. Today, I’ve traded the graveyard shift for the baking sheet. Every cookie and every banana cake is made with the same passion I had in that quiet kitchen in 2020. I still bake in small batches, I still obsess over the perfect crumb, and I still believe that the best treats are the ones that feel like home. Thank you for being part of this journey.
