On your special day, I just want to take a moment to let you know how grateful we are to have you as part of the Hapag Kapehan family.
I know it isn’t easy to be a student while working at the same time. It takes discipline, sacrifice, and determination. Yet despite all the responsibilities you carry, you continue to show up, do your tasks wholeheartedly, and always try your best. That kind of work ethic deserves recognition.
What I admire most about you is your attitude. You’re always smiling, always willing to help, and you rarely complain, even on the busiest days. And yes, there are times when I have to remind you, correct you, or even scold you because I want you to grow. But instead of taking it negatively, you simply smile, listen, and continue improving. That’s a quality that will take you far in life.
Thank you for your patience, your kindness, your humility, and your willingness to learn. Thank you for helping us serve every customer with care and for treating Hapag Kapehan as more than just a workplace.
