Recently, we have been receiving an increasing number of "Missing Item" complaints on orders that we know were packed complete (we have cctv). While we always want to ensure customer satisfaction, it is disheartening to see these reports when we have done our part honestly.

We are a small business trying to survive and serve you well. Every "refund" or "complaint" doesn't just affect a system, it affects the livelihood of the people behind the counter.
