But it kinda does taste like it! Hojicha is roasted green tea and depending on its preparation and roasting level, may taste anywhere from honey and warm cereal to cocoa, burnt sugar and rich caramel. Itโ€™s also a low caffeine alternative to matcha ๐ŸคŽ
