Started at 1976 as a small business venture by Winnie Maravilla, Pendys became a must go-to restaurant in Bacolod City. Today, Pendy's still carries the traditional Negrense favorites like the hamburgers, spaghetti, the Pendys deluxe, halfmoon, bachon (Lechon bachoy), and pancit molo. As time passed, Omon Maravilla, son of Mrs. Maravilla has included many of his best recipes to the mix, ranging fr

om Asian and Thai cuisine to European dishes, inspired by most of his travels. Omon has transformed Pendy's as a hot spot of good food, and tradition - with a pinch of modernity.
