Our first Negros Island Coffee Fiesta. 🙏🏻

Four days of preparation, a few unexpected challenges, and so many little moments that made this experience truly special.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, meet people, share our Biscovado del Negros, and celebrate the place that inspires so much of what we do. A small tribute to Negros Island—its coffee, local ingredients, stories, and the people who make this island home.

Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to find us, tried our drink, and shared a kind word. And to our team, thank you for showing up and giving your best.

Every cup begins with the land. 🌾🫘

Biscovado del Negros was born from the rich soil of Negros and inspired by the hands that have cared for it for generations. It is our tribute to the farmers who rise before the sun, tending coffee trees, sugarcane fields, coconut groves, and rice paddies with quiet strength and unwavering hope.

Within every sip are the flavors that tell our island’s story—Negros coffee beans, toasted glutinous rice, muscovado, coconut milk, biscocho, and a gentle hint of lemon. Together, they honor the harvest, the heritage, and the people whose lives are deeply rooted in this land.

More than a signature drink, Biscovado del Negros is a celebration of where we come from—a reminder that every harvest carries a family’s dream, every bean is shaped by patient hands, and every cup is made possible by those who work the earth with love.

As first-time participants in the Negros Island Coffee Fiesta 2026, we are humbled and honored to share this heartfelt tribute with you.
