We had a blast at the Ilo-ilo Coffee Festival bring our halfmoons there! Everyone enjoyed this Bacolod delicacy especially paired with coffee! 💛 We cant wait to come back with hopefully bringing our decadent halfmoons to Ilo-ilo.

Halfmoon Cafe is a small hub primarily for Halfmoon pick ups and orders but we do have a small and simple merienda menu and coffee available!

When I lost my grandmother last year, it took a toll on my mental health which made me decide to close my shop. I got lost in grief and confusion for many months. Through friends and loyal customers that has been messaging me the past months of how they missed my halfmoons, it made me decide to bring it back. I know this is what my grandmother would want - to see me baking the very recipe she gave me before she passed. This is for you lols, and to our favorite halfmoon. 💛

After a long pause, were having our soft opening once more to bring back the original Halfmoon - a cherished family recipe. I bake these fresh everyday and I cant wait to see you at our same shop!
