🌮 ADIOS, BACOLOD — WITH A HEART FULL OF GRATITUDE (AND A TOUCH OF SALSA) 🌮
Tacos Ni Toti will be serving its last orders on December 15, 2025

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write.

After 6 flavorful and unforgettable years, Tacos Ni Toti — the home of Bacolod’s best Birria Tacos and the most authentic Mexican street food — will be closing its doors on December 15, 2025, as I prepare to go back to Manila and turn another (new) page of a very colorful life!

From our first taqueria in Buri Road, to the vibrant days at La Salle, and finally to our lively spot here at Art District, this journey has been nothing short of incredible. What started as a simple dream turned into a full-blown love affair with food, culture, and community.

We poured our hearts into every taco, every quesadilla, every salsa, and of course, into the Birria Tacos that Bacolod fell in love with — juicy, cheesy, dipped in rich consommé, and cooked the way your taquero learned back in Mexico. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just pure, honest flavor — the kind you can only make when it’s done with passion. 🇲🇽🔥

Through three long pandemic years, we fought to keep those flavors alive. We survived when many didn’t. Because of you — the Negrenses who believed in us, who lined up under the rain, who brought friends, who stayed loyal from day one. You made TNT more than a taqueria. You made it a home.

As I say goodbye, I can’t help but feel both proud and heartbroken. Proud to have brought something truly different — something real — to Bacolod’s food scene. And heartbroken that this chapter has to end just when the tacos were tasting better than ever.

So before we hang up our aprons, I invite everyone to come savor the last bite. One more Birria dip. One more SubZero beer. One more story shared over tacos that truly tasted like Mexico.

Let’s make these last few weeks a celebration of everything we built together — flavor, friendship, and fire.

We serve the coldest beers in Bacolod. Not FROZEN, but the coldest perfect serve SubZero beers.

Oh BTW, our Birria Tacos are the best ones in town too! Try it! We kid you not!

Another set of visitors from Manila came over. Not only to savor our Mexican Streetfood munchies, but also to catch up and remember the fun moments on their Lake Caliraya Resort - Soloviento!

Been a busy week! Classmates from CSA ‘79, Silaynon foodies, Coke peeps, Eagle brothers and sisters, expat retirees, Pepsi supporters and our ever loyal supporters and taco lovers came.

Enjoyed our best selling, best in Bacolod Birria Tacos and our newly launched Hungarian Sausage smothered with TNT meat sauce!

Thank you very much Amigos! You keep us alive and kicking!
