Bacolod City is celebrating the Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival this May 29-31, 2026, and last night the Awards Night was held at Sm City Bacolod.

Lion's Park Chicken Inasal is grateful to be recognized for our efforts in promoting and sharing Bacolod City’s pride and culture through quality chicken inasal served with the trademark Bacolodnon heart and hospitality. We are also proud to be recognized as one of the original Manokan Country vendors of the city.

These awards are thanks to all our patrons who have supported both Lizares Branch and Lion's Park Grill - Manokan Country branch through all these four decades, and to all our staff who pour their heart into their work. Salamat and padayon kita sa pag serbisyo sa turismo kag pumuluyo sang Bacolod! ❤️

Special thanks to the team from FEATR and to every other person who has shared our story and our food over the years, and the people behind the festival who made this recognition possible - Mayor Greg Gasataya, Councilors Hon. Summer is hot, and so is our native tinolang manok! Like all our dishes, our soups are cooked fresh upon order, so they’re always served hot and comforting.

Choose your favorite: tinola or sinigang—available in shrimp, pork, chicken, or fish.

PS: Our Lion’s Park branch along Lizares Avenue will be closed this May 1, 2026 as we celebrate Labor Day. If you’d like to show appreciation to your favorite waiter or staff (cash or in kind), message us and make their day!

Conveniently located just steps away from places of worship (now our Lizares branch is near the Oratory of St. Nicholas of Tolentine (UNO-R), Parish of San Antonio Abad, and Sacred Heart Shrine (Lupit Church), we at Lion’s Park Chicken Inasal continue to keep our doors open to serve you—just as we always have for over forty years.

Open daily from Mondays to Sundays with regular operating hours of 10:30am-2:00pm and 4:30pm-10:30pm.
