🚨 Typhoon Paolo Alert! Keep Safe & Dry, Everyone! ☔
Hey CaFinity Fam! Marky here, and I'm checking in on all of you, especially our friends in Northern and Central Luzon. Typhoon Paolo is no joke—it has already made landfall in Isabela and is bringing some serious wind and rain!
Your safety is the priority, so please, please, please:
1. Stay Indoors: If you're in an area with high-level wind signals, avoid going out. Windows can be risky, so find the safest room in your house.
2. Monitor the News: Keep your radio, TV, or fully-charged phone on to follow official updates from PAGASA and your local government. Don't rely on rumors!
3. Prepare for Power Outages: Charge your gadgets and have flashlights, batteries, and candles (use with extreme caution!) ready.
4. Elevate Valuables: If you're in a flood-prone area, secure documents and elevate appliances and furniture.
5. Emergency Kit Check: Do you have enough water, non-perishable food, and meds for a few days? Now is the time to check!
If you've been advised to EVACUATE, please do so immediately and proceed to the nearest designated center. Better safe than sorry!
To those braving the weather for response and rescue, thank you so much!
Let's look out for each other. Check on your neighbors, especially the elderly, but do it safely. Drop a comment and let me know you're okay!
Stay dry, stay safe, and let's weather this storm together. 🙏
