Enter —BidiBidi’s newest collection where denim pockets finally live their best lives.

These are structured bags of handwoven bangkuan grass baskets dressed up (and showing off) in patchworks of upcycled denim, with—brace yourself—pockets upon pockets upon pockets. Yes, the very same pockets that once held coins, keys, and mystery lint are now front and center, stitched on, layered, and totally stealing the show.

Each pocket is hand-embroidered with the iconic , making every piece undeniably, unapologetically . When jeans are deconstructed here, nothing gets left behind. Waistbands, seams, and especially pockets—everyone gets a second chance to shine. Sustainability, but make it fashion. And fun. And a little cheeky.

After the holiday rush—when shelves were emptied by gift-givers, self-gifters, and last-minute heroes—it’s time for one of my favorite rituals at the BidiBidi Shop: restocking and rearranging. The rush has passed, the sparkle has settled, and now comes the calm, with a dash of sass.

This is the part I truly love. Slowing down. Touching each piece. Looking closely at the colors and textures. Having quiet moments of yes, you are beautiful with more than a few of them. In this gentle rhythm, I get to fully enjoy being the person—not rushing, just being with the work.

Bwahahaha! Yes, you read that right— is strutting into the footwear scene, and we’re doing it our way. Say hello to , where art meets asphalt and every step tells a story.

The top? Hand-embroidered upcycled denim, lovingly stitched by the incredible hands of the , proudly featuring our iconic . The bottom? A natural rubber sole, grounded, sturdy, and ready for real-life walking—not just posing. And in between? Just the right cushioning to care for your feet on those long, meandering walks we love.

This is truly local, through and through. A beautiful creative collaboration with by Ivory Kinan, blending craft, comfort, and conscience. Before we ever launched, I took Zapatillas out for a spin—okay, many spins. Long trots, steady strides, daily errands, curious detours. Verdict? Comfort: check. Convenience: check. Sturdiness: check. All systems go.

And the bonus? Everywhere I went, people noticed. Heads turned. Smiles appeared. Questions followed. Instant conversation starter. My steps had extra oomph, and my walk had a story to tell.

Welcome to my sanctuary — the BidiBidi Café, my life-sized canvas where creativity, color, and a little bit of mischief coexist beautifully. This space is my heart in physical form: warm, curated, memory-filled, with just enough sass to keep things interesting.

Because truly — I am colour in a world of beige. And this café is where that truth comes alive.

One nook hosts artworks from my favorite local artists, glowing like a chorus of familiar voices cheering me on. Another wall proudly displays framed features and feats — tiny testaments to a journey I never take for granted. My mugs stand at attention in their own charming corner, each one a souvenir from my solo adventures, each one whispering, Yes, she wandered and yes, she brought back caffeine. Bwahahaha!

And oh, the vintage and antiques! The whole space hums with old soul energy — the kind that says, cultured, curious, and definitely found this gem in some far-flung market. It’s nostalgic, it’s quirky, it’s beautifully lived-in.

This is where I welcome guests, offer house blends brewed with love, and serve home-made eats that feel like a warm embrace. People say the café feels magical — a little escape, a little inspiration. I say it feels like stepping right into my story.
