This three-story residence is a masterclass in modern tropical minimalism, blending geometric precision with warm, organic textures. Designed to maximize a compact footprint, the home stands as a vertical sanctuary that balances privacy with an airy, open aesthetic.
The Exterior Architectural Language
The facade is a thoughtful composition of "solid and void." On the upper levels, the building is divided into distinct volumes:
The Textural Contrast: The left side features a smooth, cream-toned finish, while the right side utilizes rugged stone cladding and exposed concrete panels with visible bolt details, giving the home an industrial yet grounded feel.
Geometric Play: A signature circular "porthole" window on the top floor breaks the linear monotony, acting as a focal point that softens the sharp edges of the structure.
Verticality: Tall, slender timber slats run vertically up the center, drawing the eye upward and providing a natural warmth that complements the surrounding palm trees.
Functional Integration
The design prioritizes "living green" and functional urban requirements:
Integrated Greenery: Linear black planter boxes are built directly into the ledge of each floor. These "living belts" soften the concrete exterior and suggest a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor environments.
