A café, restaurant, and marketing center along the Halsema Highway at KM 22 Caliking, Atok, Benguet run by the E-CARE Foundation. The E-Care Foundation is the community development organization of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines. The foundation works to promote sustainable growth in communities that creates economic empowerment. The food we serve and the products we sell are made from the

livelihood projects of our partner communities all over the Philippines. We are a great stop for tourist and other travelers alike with a beautiful view of the Cordillera Mountains. Come enjoy delicious drinks, organic food, and quality goods and handicrafts while supporting communities around the Philippines! Directions:

If coming from Baguio-
Head towards La Trinidad and onto Halsema Highway. Continue on the highway past the tollgate, the sign for Atok, and Caliking Elementary School. The building will be shortly after on the right. Parking is in the front. If traveling south on Highway-
Continue on the Halsema Highway. Travel past the highest point and through Natubleng. Once you pass Atok High School you are near. Continue for two more kilometers and the building will be on your left.
