It is already in F&B business for 27 years. It started as a Mami House in Aparri, Cagayan located at Ryan Mall Maura. With the proper and efficient management of the said business, the company assets and net worth grew steadily over the years. They branched out at Rizal St., Aparri, Cagayan and at Maharlika Highway Macanaya, Aparri, Cagayan. Criselda’s Snack House soon became a Family Restaurant and expanded the business from Aparri, Cagayan to Tuguegarao City. They had a branch at Tuguegarao Public Market and had their own 5-storey building in Rizal St., Tuguegarao City beside the Cathedral. They also had a branch a Citimall and Brickstone Mall. At the same time, they put up Criselda's Food Express which primarily sells burgers in different municipalities of Cagayan. Later on, they opened up a Bake Shop, Meat Shop, Water Refilling Station and Catering business. With the company’s good financial standing, the owner and general manager - Criselda T. Alzaga decided it was the time to expand and venture into a competitive SME.The company started meat processing like longaniza, tocino, beef tapa and burger patty to supply the needs of the restaurant business. Through an in-depth product research, planning and observation, Criselda’s thought of establishing its own line processed spider shrimps “Aramang” and other marine products, observing that the town of Aparri Cagayan has a vast supply of this. The company exports their products and is now having a bazaar located at some branches of S.M. Supermarkets and Hypermarkets in Manila, CVC Supermarkets, International Glaziers Corporation, Philippine Grocers Food Export Inc., and some supermarkets in the province like Brickstone Supermarket, Rodamel's, Mariton’s Supermarket and Candy’s Supermarket in Tuguegarao City. Criselda’s Restaurants has branches at Aparri and Tuguegarao City. One of the latest and innovative branch is CRISELDA’S DAUNGAN BAR AND RESTAURANT. Criselda T. Alzaga the “nanay of Criselda’s” trained her children on how to manage a restaurant effectively and efficiently since their early ages. With the support of their father Engr. Dominador “Ambo” Dayag, proper hands-on training of their mother, right education, work experience locally and abroad, the parents had decided that it’s about time to pass the “burning torch” to their heirs, the new generation of Criselda’s. Today, Criselda’s Daungan Bar and Restaurant is being managed, operated and owned by their daughters Dian Jaycerette A. Dayag and Dawn Jayda A. Dayag who are graduates of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management Major in Culinary Arts and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management Major in Institutional Management both from St. Paul University Manila and was trained in different establishments in the Metro and in United States of America.
