After 6 long years of competing in the Jambeeree, we finally made a winner Wheat Beer. Some pepper, coriander, banana and clove notes. W-68 for the German Yeast and German Pilsner + Aussie Wheat. All in all a drinkable flavorful German Wheat Beer.
