Our students proudly presented their finished butters—and then came the best part: tasting what they made! 👩‍🍳

They shared a meal together, enjoying steak and fish with their freshly made, flavored butters. 🥩🐟🧈

Our students tried two ways of making butter—the good old-fashioned way, shaking it by hand in a bottle, and using a machine to do the work. 💪🧈
